My Little Valentines..Makin' Cookies

Today we decorated Valentine sugar cookies.

Kelli mostly just ate the frosting off her cookie. Smart girl!! :)

Michael got really excited to decorate them. Here are all his creations. They were supposed to be heart-shaped, but they turned out round. Oh well.

And when all the cookies were finished, Michael finally dug in too! Delicious!

Curly Kelli

Michael was blessed with thick curly hair. At times it has made me sad that he is a boy because bows would look really cute in his hair. I have tried at times to put bows in his hair, but he won't let me. Kelli's hair, on the other hand, is not so thick and not so curly. I mostly style it straight and she won't leave bows in her hair. The other day when I got her out of the tub I noticed that her hair seemed a little more curly, so I decided to try a curly do...with a bow!!

It looked pretty cute, but for some reason it just wasn't her. I guess she will always have straight hair. Maybe someday she will keep bows in...this one didn't last long.
